The Fundació Agbar, within the frame of the Agbar Group's Social Initiative, participates in a variety of projects related to the environment and, especially, to all aspects linked to water.
Likewise, the Foundation lends particular attention to initiatives enhancing personal development and improvement; contributing as well to the preservation of the cultural heritage and to the cultural enrichment of the community, which is no less important.
Along these lines, we support a different relationship with our publics in order to transmit the Group's culture and global vision. The Fundació Agbar collaborates - through training and research projects and through social and environmental studies - on initiatives addressed to achieving the sustainable management of water, without omitting the symbolic value of this element, present in the fields of culture and art.
By means of these actions addressed to promoting a responsible water culture and to improving people's quality of life, the Fundació Agbar, through its social commitment policy, affirms its engagement in a clear visible way, seeking a constructive involvement in the activities to which it provides support. The goal is to be able to assess and ensure the social value of all these actions, watching over the responsible use of water in this way.
